No Show & Cancellation Policy

Our team will be pleased to assist you in any way possible and all efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule. If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with 2 working days’ notice. This courtesy makes it possible to give your appointment time to another patient in need of care.

We realize emergencies do happen, but we cannot emphasize enough, our appreciation to our valued patients for keeping their scheduled appointment. Failure to give 2 working days’ notice may result in a financial charge to your account.

We make every effort to stay on time at our office. Please be aware if you are 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment we may need to reschedule. This ensures patients who arrive on time to be seen on time.

Saturday Appointment Policy

Due to the high demand for Saturday appointments, we will confirm these appointments 1 week ahead of time with the patients. If we are unable to confirm a Saturday appointment by 12:00pm the Thursday before the appointment day, we reserve the right to allocate the slot to another patient.

Please understand that patients that miss / No Show an appointment for a Saturday will not be given the opportunity to schedule another appointment on a Saturday.
